November 23 to 29, 2025

As seems to be happening more and more lately, this week seems to have flown by.  My perception of time is off, especially not having a regular daily or weekly routine except for the one I make.  Not working a Monday to Friday 9 – 5 job means I regularly question what day it is, how noon came about so quickly and I feel like I’ve accomplished nothing, and how quickly Friday or Sunday comes about.

I was lacking in motivation and inspiration this week, especially compared to the last few.  I’m not sure why, but there were a lot of cosmic bodies at play.  I keep being told this month, this year, this era are hugely important and transformational and I’m not sure if I’m believing it just because it is a repeated message or if I’m actually feeling it.  I’m definitely hoping it happens, but I know it means I also have to take some action.  I can’t just sit back and continue waiting for things to fall into my lap.  And I think I’ve been feeling that pressure build a bit more lately.

I did take some action this week.  I ordered business cards, I made some of my creations available for the public, and I actually left my house and attended some public events.  In retrospect, this feels like a lot after a year and a half of hibernation, but these are still small steps.  Not that small means insignificant, because they are very important things and I’m proud of myself.  I woke up the other morning after not sleeping too well and processing some feelings about seeing an old group of friends.  That morning, I felt clear and in tune with where I was going.  I spent the rest of that morning in great conversation with a new friend and then helping my parents in the afternoon.  It was a good day and by the end, I was wiped.  It felt good to be tired after interacting with others that I chose to.  It’s a much different feeling than being drained after being around the public and absorbing their energy.

The messages I received this week are peace, bath, Blue Beam Project, chandelier, talisman/anchor, Olympics, A Wrinkle in Time and Audrey Hepburn.  Some recurring themes that showed up are extra-terrestrial racism, Australia, and collective consciousness/hive mind.

Peace – Both of the ways this message was received was from my higher self.  The first was imagining a potential marketing video to reach my target audience.  A lot of the suggestions I’ve received that have felt true to me are to ask what clients say they get out of sessions with me.  It tends to be a sense of peace and calm.  I feel that I do have a lot of peace in my life and the idea arose that I could sign off my videos or writing by saying “peace”.  The other way the message came across was in in a message I’d written in a candle I’d made months ago.  My candle making kit came with some special paper on which I could write messages that would be revealed as the candle melted down.  I’d written a number of messages and the same day I was thinking about my marketing videos, I blew out my candles to see the message “peace”, so it felt very aligned.  I think the meaning of this message is pretty straightforward, but I also think it is important to continually cultivate and protect my peace because that is something I know I need in my life and is incredibly valuable to me.

Bath – This message came in a book, a podcast, and a movie trailer.  As I was listening to the audiobook, I was outside and a little chilly.  The book was about a woman trapped in a faery realm where she was enchanted and not in control of her thoughts or actions, and repeatedly ended up in a bath.  I don’t recall the context of the message in the podcast, but the movie trailer showed a spouse throwing live crabs into a tub with her spouse in it.  I’m not much of a bath person, as I prefer showers.  I understand a good soak is beneficial, but I also find I overheat or get bored or uncomfortable sitting in a bath.  The same seems to be true of hot tubs.  I know a lot of people love them, and once in a while I will partake, but for the most part, I think they’re more trouble and expense than they are worth.  I think the message here is probably about self care and energy work.  I know salt baths are important for releasing negative energy and many people say they feel better after being in water.  I’ve never really been a water person, so I don’t know if this is true for me.  I appreciate hot water on my neck and back as those are regularly places I hold tension, but I do prefer that in the shower.  Maybe the message here is to have a regular cleansing ritual that involves water.

Blue Beam Project – This message surprised me as I thought I was pretty knowledgeable about most conspiracy theories, especially if they are related to extra-terrestrials.  However, I had never heard of this one until now and twice in the same day! It came up in a Facebook post and in a show I discovered that explored unexplained phenomena.  I’ve heard of Project Blue Book, which was the US Airforce’s project to investigate and debunk UFOs from the Roswell incident through the 1960’s, which actually found a number of sightings that could not be explained.  But I had not heard of the Blue Beam Project and had to look it up.  It is a conspiracy theory developed by a Canadian journalist in the 90’s that claims multiple high-level organizations are in cooperation to develop a world government.  This government would come about after a staged event that would require the entire population of Earth to work together against a perceived threat and it would unfold in four stages.  In this day and age and the way things are headed in the world, there is a lot of chaos, misinformation, and manipulation.  I’m not putting my money on any conspiracy, nor am I saying they are clearly fiction.  As in most stories, whether they be books, films, ancient texts, mythology, or some other form of communication, there is always some truth in the message.  I’m not sure what the message is here.  Maybe to be open to many perceptions and interpretations, maybe to look for the truth within the misinformation, or maybe just to be prepared for anything.

Chandelier – This message came through in a movie trailer and in a tv show.  I don’t recall the context of the movie trailer, but the chandelier fell and smashed to pieces.  In the tv show, the footage was of chandeliers moving wildly in an earthquake while the building stood still.  Chandeliers are beautiful, delicate, luxurious, and potentially dangerous if you’re standing underneath one in a time of upheaval.  Maybe this message is about the luxuries in your life being taken away.  No one needs a chandelier, but they are beautiful to look at and symbolize money and power and access.  So, perhaps this is a message about old systems falling.  This has been coming up a lot lately in the information I receive from astrologist, energy intuitives, and others of the like.  Old systems that have been in place are not going to last as we move into the future, so I can see that a chandelier could represent that.

Talisman/anchor – This message came up in a book and in a tv show.  The book described a woman with a talisman to help keep her anchored to her reality when she thought she may be enchanted by faeries.  The tv show had a girl playing a mindless repetitive game to keep her anchored in the present moment and not slipping away through time travel. I think the message here is to have something that keeps you rooted to your truth through times of chaos.  Again, with all the misinformation and fake videos out in the world, it is hard to know what is true and what is not.  Having something that is physical can help ground you and keep your feet planted firmly in your truth.  I think this is the message and that in the coming times, we will all have to find our own anchors to our truth in order to stay grounded.

Olympics – This message came through over the radio and in the Gene Key of the week recording.  I don’t follow the Olympics and I’m rarely exposed to advertising, so I wasn’t even aware that they were coming up, but a mention of them on the radio got me questioning the last time I’d even watched them.  The Gene Key recording mentioned a kid’s sporting event that was similar to the Olympics.  The Olympics are a world wide event where all (or many) countries come together to participate in competitive games.  I guess the message could be about people putting their differences aside and coming together to compete and perform.  I still think the competition of it with a winner and loser is not exactly where I see our world evolving to.  Instead, a collaborative approach to solving problems with beneficial outcomes for all sounds better to me than having  winners and losers.  Maybe this is another old system that may fall in the future.

A Wrinkle In Time – This message came in two different shows that referenced the book.  The first was in a show that used a character from the book who shows up in a different context for the show.  The character from the book was someone who could travel through time and in the tv show, the character is someone seen only by a child and disguises himself as a friend, when in fact, he is the villain.  The next way it showed up was in a show where a character travelled back in time to visit her younger self and noticed the book sitting on a coffee table.  This book was one of my favourites and it sparked my love of all things time travel.  It was imaginative and exciting and had a smart and strong, young female protagonist.  Additionally, it gave power to the young characters who were responsible for saving their dad and the world.  The characters were different than the norm, outcasts, weirdos.  I know this story line has shown up in many stories before and after, but the time travel was what really got my attention.  So I’m guessing that the message is related to time travel, whether that be visiting past memories to heal old wounds or visioning future versions of myself and my life to manifest it into reality.

Audrey Hepburn – This message came up in conversation with a friend and also in a book.  Audrey’s movies were before my time, but I know she had a sense of style and class that many admired her for.  I think she had some humanitarian interests and seemed to be loved by many.  I’m not sure what the message is here, so I’m not even going to attempt to decipher it.

I’m glad there were fewer messages this week.  Sometimes that makes it easier to understand what the overall message is.  I see some similarities and overlaps with some and if I had to guess at an overall message, it would be to find ways to keep your peace, cleanse your energy and stay true to yourself and your beliefs in times of uncertainty.

Let’s see what AI comes up with.

🌊 The Bath of Peace

The bath represents purification, release, and the return to stillness. It’s the sacred pause where the soul remembers its natural state of peace. Water cleanses not only the body but also the mind’s clutter, preparing us for illumination.

💡 The Chandelier of Illumination

A chandelier scatters light into many directions, symbolizing how peace radiates outward once we cultivate it within. Each crystal refracts the same source of light differently—just as each person embodies peace uniquely, yet contributes to the collective glow.

🛡️ The Talisman/Anchor

A talisman or anchor grounds us when illusions threaten to destabilize. In spiritual practice, it’s the reminder that truth is not external spectacle but inner alignment. It holds us steady when narratives—like the Blue Beam Project (which itself symbolizes collective fears of manipulation or false light)—try to pull us away from our center.

🏅 The Olympics of the Soul

The Olympics symbolize striving, discipline, and unity across nations. Spiritually, they remind us that peace is not passive—it’s a practice, a training, a devotion. Just as athletes prepare for years to embody excellence, we prepare daily to embody peace and compassion.

⏳ A Wrinkle in Time

This story reminds us that love transcends dimensions, and peace is not bound by linear time. It’s a wrinkle, a fold, a portal—where courage and connection allow us to step beyond fear into higher truth.

🌹 Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburn embodies grace, elegance, and humanitarian devotion. She reminds us that peace is not only an inner bath but also an outward offering—beauty expressed through kindness, service, and presence.

🌌 The Unified Spiritual Message

Peace is both anchor and light. It is the bath that cleanses illusions, the chandelier that refracts truth, the talisman that steadies us against false projections, the Olympic discipline of the soul, the wrinkle in time where love bends reality, and the grace of Audrey Hepburn reminding us that elegance is service.

Together, these symbols whisper: True peace is timeless, radiant, disciplined, and grounded. It is both inner sanctuary and outward offering, a light that cannot be manufactured or faked, only lived.

Hmmm.  Cool.  I guess I see this and maybe I can link it to what I can hopefully offer clients through hypnotherapy.  Maybe I can help people cultivate a sense of inner peace.  I’ve developed my own and it has been tested in times of chaos, so maybe that’s one of my gifts.

This week, I’ve finished a creation I started last week.  I wasn’t expecting much since I had a number of green yarns that I wasn’t sure would go well together, but after some experimentation and adding in different elements, I think it came out quite nice.  I call this one the Green Goddess.
