Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, hypnotherapy is safe when practiced by a trained professional. Clients remain in control throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against their will.

What can hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can assist with breaking unwanted habits (like smoking or overeating), managing stress and anxiety, overcoming fears and phobias, improving sleep, and supporting personal growth and healing from trauma.Additionally, it can be used to explore past lives, connect to higher consciousness, and for spiritual expansion.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

​Most people can be hypnotized if they are open to the process and willing to participate. The experience may vary from person to person.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

​​No, you remain aware and in control during hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and you can accept or reject any suggestions made during the session.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and the issues you wish to address. Some clients see results in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support.

What does a hypnotherapy session feel like?

Most clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing and calming. You may feel similar to how you feel just before falling asleep or during meditation.

Is hypnotherapy a replacement for medical treatment?

No, hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. It can be a complementary approach, but you should always consult with your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Does hypnotherapy work?

That's up to you.  How willing are you to be vulnerable and open and trust the process?  How much are you committed to healing and to trusting your intuition and what comes in?  How deep and honest are you willing to dig within your own truth? 

If you have an open mind and are interested in positive outcomes, then you are more likely to experience them.
