Below, you will find what is required of you when booking a service with me. Additionally, I will layout what to expect and how the process will flow. My aim is to be as transparent and upfront as possible to avoid confusion or miscommunication. However, I can't anticipate every question or every glitch that may occur, so if something doesn't flow the way it is expected, please let me know.
What To Expect
Please be aware that if you have a diagnosed medical condition that you wish to explore with hypnotherapy, you will be required to provide a doctor's referral. If this is the case, please mention it in your email and I will provide you with a referral form you can take to your doctor.

If you want to book a session with me, the first step is to contact me through email.
If you have questions, want to book a 30 minute free chat, don't know which service you want to choose or if you are ready for a clinical or spiritual hypnotherapy session, then just send me an email.
Forms
Once I have received your email, I will send you forms to complete.
You will be required to complete these forms and return them to me before booking your session.
Schedule and Payment
Once you have completed and returned the forms to me, I will send you a link to a booking calendar on my website. This will allow you to pick the date and time you prefer for your session as well as process your payment.
Follow Up and Integration
After our session, I will send you another email with some gentle reminders about self care and grounding, as this is very important after a session.
I will also ask you for feedback about your session: what you enjoyed, what you learned, what you would like improved or changed.
