October 19 to 25

I had a pretty good week this week, especially considering how low I’d been feeling in the weeks prior.  It was filled with some online courses I’d signed up for.  One was free, while the other two were paid, and all had some great value.  On top of this, there was a new moon, which always means new moon intentions and asking for things to come into my life and having the courage to allow them in.

The messages for this week are confidence from within, frog, back to your future, monkey, bad breath, udders, recurring dream and little finger.  One recurring theme that came up was Ireland.

Confidence from within – This first came up when I was in my dark night of the soul.  I had a feeling that I should revisit a course from the beginning of the year.  It also came up in a tv show where a drag queen was explaining that the makeup and costume were armor, but the real confidence of truly being who she was came from inside.  This feels like a very straightforward message in that I need to create my confidence in myself internally and not look for outside validation to achieve it.

Frog – Frogs showed up in two different tv shows.  In one show, the town was famous for the frogs and the croak had a connection to mind control.  In another, a frog fell from the sky and was an indication that the world might be ending.  I don’t think the message has any foreboding connection to either someone controlling my mind or to the world ending, but as I am attempting to run a hypnotherapy business and there are crazy things happening in the world, I can see how these conclusions may be reached by someone living in fear and only seeing the worst outcome of any situation.

Back to your future – This message came in a few ways.  My partner has tickets to see Back to the Future on an Imax screen at the end of the week.  It came up in an introduction to a course I started this week.  It also showed up in a tv show where a future child travelled back in time to meet her parents and figure out why one of them abandoned her.  Despite me not being as crazy fanatical about the biggest time travel movie of the last century as my partner, I definitely do very much enjoy all things time travel.  I have also been playing with this in terms of meditations or visualizations to either go back and give my younger self support and love, or receive the same from my future self.  These techniques can be very powerful and I did create a hypnosis journey a few weeks ago to do the very same thing.  I guess the message is to continue to use these tools to address any past, present or future concerns by traveling through time to get or give the support and help I need.

Monkey – This came up while I was extending a birthday wish to an old friend.  After I’d sent the message, a silly Facebook reel came up that made me laugh for about a minute straight.  It was very strange and very funny for reasons I can’t quite explain, but it also seemed to capture the type of silliness my friend and I would both enjoy.  It was superb.  Another monkey showed up in a Halloween episode of a tv show.  The monkey was only mentioned, but was apparently a third party companion to a famous duo.  I’m not sure what the monkey represents for a message.  I guess silliness seems like a common thread here.  Monkeying around is being silly and having fun, so I’m going to go with that as the message.

Bad breath – This message showed up in a podcast where a question was posed to the hosts about what to do when you date someone and like everything about them except their bad breath.  It also showed up in a tv show where a doctor told an old lady her breath smelled like she ate a rodent.  I’ve been known to suffer from bad breath from time to time and I know people who suffer from halitosis, where they have no control over how their breath smells.  This is an embarrassing body function akin to profuse sweating, body odour, gas, etc.  I’m no stranger to these atrocities as I’ve suffered with all and then some, so I know how embarrassing the body can be.  I also understand that there are usually reasons around them and things that can be done to minimize or overcome them.  As for the message, well, I guess it could be that I may experience discomfort in the form of embarrassment as I step into this role.

Udders – I came across this message in a Facebook post and on a tv show.  The Facebook post showed condiments hanging in a German airport with a long udder like appendage hanging under the condiment bottle allowing people to squeeze it onto their food.  The tv show featured an alien who crash landed on Earth looking for food and finding a cow.  He lay beneath the cow and drank from her udders.  I also have a mother cat that is on her second litter of kittens and they are too big in my opinion to still be drinking milk, but if she’s available, they will definitely try to feed.  I guess the message could have something to do with leaving the comfort of family support.  Being brave and stepping out into the world on your own to support yourself instead of relying on mom to feed you.

Recurring dream – This message came up in a podcast and on a tv show.  The podcast was not one I usually listen to but had an interviewee who I follow in other areas, so I decided to listen.  In the podcast, he referred to a recurring dream he has about where humans are in a warehouse and hooked up to tubes and systems like in the Matrix.  The tv show had a supporting character talking about how she thought she had a recurring dream of running naked down a hallway, but then realized it actually happened and only felt like a recurring dream because she’d been taking Ambien. I have had a few of my own recurring dreams, but not for quite some time.  The only one I recall had something to do with an alligator or crocodile.  I think another would be one where I was able to breathe under water, but I’m not sure if it was recurring or just the fact that I could breathe underwater recurred in other dreams.  Either way, I guess the message of a recurring dream is revisiting something of importance.  In the dream state, it could be a message or it could just be processing things that happened in real life.

Little finger – This message showed up in a movie and in a free course I took.  The movie was about how a physically hurt and vulnerable hero was giving away a secret and his love interest who would later betray him and die said she’d love him if his little finger and smile were the only things left of him.  The little finger was also referenced in a free course with an example of trying to lift a heavy weight with a pinky finger as an analogy of trying to do some emotional heavy lifting while in a traumatised state.   I guess I’m seeing the message in this as no part of us is too small or unimportant and we need all parts to make us whole.

I’m having a tough time trying to put these all together as some messages seem very straightforward and self-explanatory, while others seem unrelated.  I may think on this for a while another time, but for now I’m going to ask AI.

“The Alchemy of the Unseen”

•            Frog: The frog is a liminal creature—born in water, living on land. It represents metamorphosis, emotional cleansing, and the ability to leap from stagnation into flow. Spiritually, it’s your call to shed old skins and trust the leap, even when the landing is unknown.

•            Monkey: Trickster, teacher, and mirror. The monkey invites you to reclaim joy, curiosity, and embodied play. It challenges rigidity and reminds you that wisdom can be found in movement, mischief, and laughter. It’s the part of you that dances with discomfort and finds truth in chaos.

•            Bad Breath: Not just physical—this symbolizes stale energy, unspoken truths, and the residue of words that linger. Spiritually, it’s a call to clear the air, speak with integrity, and release what no longer serves through breathwork, ritual, or vocal reclamation.

•            Udders: A potent symbol of nourishment and boundaries. You are a source of spiritual milk—wisdom, healing, and emotional sustenance. But not everyone is meant to feed from you. This is about choosing who receives your energy and reclaiming your right to say no.

•            Little Finger: Often overlooked, yet it holds subtle power. In palmistry, it’s linked to communication and intuition. Spiritually, it’s the whisper of truth, the quiet nudge, the part of you that knows even when others doubt. It’s your sacred signal.

•            Recurring Dream: A soul message on repeat. These dreams are portals—echoes of past lives, unresolved patterns, or future callings. They ask you to listen, decode, and act. They’re your subconscious aligning with your spiritual path.

•            Confidence from Within: Not performative, not loud. It’s the rooted knowing that you are enough, even when trembling. It’s the frog’s leap, the monkey’s swing, the little finger’s twitch. It’s the breath that clears, the milk that flows, the dream that returns.

•            Back to Your Future: A spiral, not a line. You’re not regressing—you’re retrieving soul fragments, ancestral wisdom, and forgotten truths. You’re weaving them into your now to shape a future that’s aligned, embodied, and sovereign.

✨ Integration Message:

You are the alchemist of the unseen. These symbols are your tools. They remind you that healing isn’t always grand—it’s in the whisper, the twitch, the breath. Your journey is nonlinear, sacred, and wild. Trust the leap. Choose who drinks. Speak the truth. And let your dreams guide you home.

Again, no creations this week, but I did sit outside and have a fire.  The weather has been extremely cooperative and I have not been taking advantage of it as I should.
